Baccarat Rules
The rules of baccarat
are very basic and easy to follow. Once you get
the hang of the rules, this game will be like
breaking a peanut because it's really easy to
remember. After knowing the rules completely, you
can feel comfortable when you are sitting on a
baccarat table or even playing online. If you want
to try it out for fake money, there are many
casinos that offer unlimited free play. We have
listed the top
online casinos on the home page so that you
can choose the best for your game. I personally
found it really easy to learn by downloading the
game and playing it. It's far more easier to trial
and error rather than reading.
When Playing The
Game
When starting, both
player and banker deals 2 cards facing down and
then the next move depends on what kind of card
one has.
If the player or banker has a 2 card total of 8 or
9, he/she turns the cards over immediately as well
as the others. Whoever gets a 9 value wins over
any lesser total, and if no player has a 9 then 8
wins over any lesser total. Ties are ties, unless
it is on bet.
Bets are made prior to
any cards being dealt. The banker plays against
only one player at a time, but any or all the
other players may bet on the hand.
If you want to bet on
the Tie hand, you will place your gaming chips in
the "Tie" area or on the number corresponding to
your seat. A bet on a Tie pays 8 to 1 without any
commission fee.
If there is a tie, bets on the "Banker or "Player"
are returned, but you can leave them on the
betting area for the next round or
increase/decrease your bet.
